台湾系アメリカ人の家族の元に生まれ、幼少期は神戸にて過ごす。
１８歳で渡米、ニューヨーク大学に入学。
2020年に東京へ拠点を移し、学位取得を経る。
以後写真家として本格的に活動を始める。
現在はニューヨーク・東京を拠点として活動をしている。
被写体はポートレイトとドキュメンタリーが多く、
アイデンティティーとインタナショナリズムに関するテーマを中心として制作活動を行っている。
記憶が染まった家族アルバムにあるスナップショットのような撮影方法を通し、
平凡な日常の美しさを描写している。
